Goons have a numerical advantage, others have a technological advantage (ships/fittings).

Per person, goon loses are small.

In EVE, a good set up of a ship doesn't count for much against sheer numbers. Goonswarm uses Tech 1 ships, generally frigate to battle cruiser sized vessels, that by themselves, would be easily taken down, but, massed into a large fleet, can be deadly.

At least that's what you can judge based on Goonfleet video database (I'm making one myself), I mean, there's no way not to fall in love with goonfleet by looking a their videos, and I have never even played EVE.

Also, reading along the web, what we find is, arrogance, prejudice and disrespect from the oppenents plus no evidence of their allegations VS. State of the Art propaganda and military database on Goon campaigns.

Recently had to affliate(assimilated, faced death, or boredom in EVE) with BoB, and GoonSwarm is actually a worthy fight, they blob everywhere in 20 man groups flying all t2 ships.
