verrry verry good job. but keep in mind that checking your weight everyday won't show differences in number.. maybe by decimal, so it does get dissappointing, i know the feeling. weighing yourself weekly is the best cause then you'll see if you've lost weight during that week. also keep in mind, that only 2 lbs per week is healthy when burning off body fat! :) good luck!
@fabenitez17 thank you for the advice! i actually annotated episode 1 since a got a few comments saying to weigh weekly..but for me personally i weight myself every day to keep on track..i know i shouldn't but i guess im over the whole disappointment thing. i know im on the right track..so its okay.

Great job girl! You're doing great so far =) does it really help you if you constantly weigh yourself though ? I find it helps that it helps when I check every now & then, so you don't get disappointed... Especially when time of the time of the month (which sucks! I feel ya!)

ive been running the tredmill 5 days a week for 40-60 mins then do some weights for 5 mins and situp leg lifts etc. for about 3 weeks already and idk if im supposed to expect to loose weight already? i played bsketball for school n i lost a ton of weight within the first 3 weeks/ month and i feel like im expecting to loose that much weight again! im doing everything the healthy way i cut out junk food for a while and no soda i eat everthing else that i make at home. idk why i rambled.. good luck

@SOMETHINGaboutJANICE lol i wouldnt know how much weight ive lost because ive learned my lesson from the past that looking at the scale makes me all mad that the pounds arent flying off so i refuse to weigh myself until i start noticing the results visually lol i was motivated after watching your video so i ran the tredmil today and burned off 490 cal! thank you for sharing also im dead seruiious that your video motivated me even more after watching them!
