  • The only thing that strikes me odd, is that it is smart to turn the screen the other way around when using high pressure water (so with the bottom towards you) so you don't run the risk of blowing the screen off the frame with the water jet.

  • you dont need to be in a light safe room when you use diazo, that is when you use dichromate...

  • I prefer all my supplies free. can I use old nylon stockings, broken pallet wood for frames, and old oil paints for screen inks? the emulsion part I can't figure out yet. I have an old squeegee already. many thanks for a true hi-qual production ;-)

  • if i'm not gonna use as much as what u shown here, the ratio is 10:1, how can i get the exact measurement of mix ratio? is there any instruments for that? beside, how much do i need for just oridinary A3 size screen? thanks!

  • i doubt you would find the emulsion at a hardware store ur best beat is buying it offline or from a silk screen /screen printing store.
