I've searched hi and low for an answer to a very simple question with no success. Once you have all the channels sent to different mixer tracks, how do you undo it?? I have alot of songs that already have the channels set to different mixer tracks already and when I try to re-route them differently (it stays the same) nothing happens! It will even show the deleted channels that ive removed from the project in the mixer window that are no longer available. Help anyone.. Thanks
so what you are trying to say, you had one sample routed to channel one.pretty much you want to know how to send it to another channel instead of channel 1?
Try this..load up Fl studio.. First select all of your tracks (kick, snare, instruments etc., and go to your mixer, click the down arrow (top left corner) and stroll down to select Link selected channels>>Starting from this track. All of your tracks have now been assigned to seperate mixer channels. Now delete one of those tracks you no longer need and highlight all tracks again (repeat first step) and link selected channels>>starting at this track..Your DELETED track is still in your mixer!
thanks this helped

Hey. If I understood you correctly, I think I have an answer for you.
Just press F2 when you have the selected, deleted channel in the mixer and press backspace once, and enter once.
