There were a lot of Massachusetts State Police cars there. Yes, they got a kick out of the vehicle also. A couple of officers came over while it was parked at the show and got some pictures.

Most states use the same definition for motorcycle "a motor vehicle with motive power having a seat or saddle for the use of the rider and designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact with the ground”. Since it is a motorcycle and has all appropriate safety devices, it is legal everywhere.

@bloodoctane6 Why do it yourself when you can buy one of our kits? I can guarantee you that you will spend at least twice what our kits cost to do it yourself. More than just wheels. Brakes, lights, cooling...

No, the donor sled is an '04 F7. The kit is a Street Legal Sleds kit. The result is a custom motorcycle.  140 HP, 430 Lbs.

Only by curious officers. There has never been a hassle. Never been "pulled over"; always when the vehicle is stopped. They will drive/walk up and ask some questions and usually smile a bit.

Yes it is a 100% street legal motorcycle. Lights, brakes and all. And yes, we have added a fan and radiator, no problems on a 90 degree day!
