My husband passed away a year ago this month and today in the store where I was getting flowers for his grave, this song was playing...I broke in the store and left with out the flowers.The music,the voice,the lyrics and the this now this video provoke so much emotion,good and bad.RIP D.B.D

Just last year I thought my mother was going to die from Pancreatic Cancer, but we fought the odds and she is still here with me today. I really do believe that we have a God that cares. AMEN!!!

@willowsendeavor thank you so much. We are approaching 2 years after loosing Blake. It seems like time is standing still,only 2 years? It really does help to know other people care,I never thought at 33 I would be a widow but at least Im not alone. Thank-you for your words.

@crystaledawes im sorry hun. im glad i was able to help a bit somehow. i cant imagine how hard that is or how painful. but through everything that we go thru, even the hardest times, God always knows what hes doing. im not sure if you believe, and if you dont then maybe there are other ways to feel that comfort. everyone has different beliefs but its all the same one way or another. and you're strong for holding on, the memories in your heart and the love matters the most. he lives on thru you

I split with my girlfriend and for four years this song summed up what I felt even though I had other girlfriends. She ended up coming back to me though and we have a child together now, so if it's meant to be then it's meant to be. However she does my fucking head in now so don't wish too hard my broken hearted friends because it can come back to haunt you.

@jape2k Hand in there. I too lost a best friend and I miss her. I look up and ask God to let her know I said Hi. That usually helps she died a few months ago. Only think of good memories. I know no one person will replace the person you lose but I only cherish the good about her. If it helps any hang in there once again.

The lyrics of this song are the best I've ever heard. I'm in love with this song since it first came out and I still can't get enough of it. Every word is true and the melody is amazing.
