Had one as well, mine had a lap counter that funneled them, and each one had an antenea that would do a manual count of it's own laps in a read out on top of the counter. One of my fav toys as a kid. Would love to buy one complete!

I had a set of Sizzlers that were chrome, I think it had a Camaro, a Corvette and a Chevy Van... they are long gone now... must have been a special series, 'coz I haven't found any videos of these chrome cars yet....

There are 2 people counting for each car with a hand held counter. The first to 80 laps wins!

Nice vid ! I remember havin a specia device on the tracks, each car had a small antenna on a slightly different position so this device as the cars passed would coun their tracks, that was really cool when racing with lot of cars. Man...this video rocks...I'm getting sizzlers nostalgia...I lost everything when I moved with my parents in the new apartment..damn !

what kind of track is thy one= thanks

This is the track they use for races at the Hot Wheels Conventions. They have built a plexi glass barrier so the cars don't fly off the track.
