  • we used to stomp our roller skates on friday night to this song as the disco ball lit the skating rink. S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y NIGHT.

  • When I was growin up in the 70's (I am 42) I always remember my grandpa would see this and said "God damn hippies! " ahhh the memories.

  • Reminds me of playing pool at Tiny's Tap in Carpenter IA with Kathy Johnson and Diane Blake Saturday afternoons...dang, I miss those times!

  • I was fourteen years old in 1977, when I found myself in London staying on Sloane Square, not too far from Kings Road, and taking the Tube around town. I must've mortified the teen, (a couple years older than me, trussed in red tartan trousers with suspenders, a black leather jacket and a full bleached blonde mohawk), when I blurted out at him in wonder, "Are you one of the Bay City Rollers?" Little did I know I was witnessing one of the first bonafide punks. What a nerd!!!
