why does the commission report forget to mention these explosions?

for the united states government to spend 15 million dollars on this investigation, i can't figure out why they ignored so many eye witness reports of explosions?

The official report was a whitewash, so it's obvious to me why this was left out. As well as why the media edited explosions out. Why it took 411 days before they even started...Why Cheney had air force planes stand down for over an hour after they already knew. I could go on and on.
