I've been in the health care field for 32 years. I've seen people mangled in car accidents, death and destruction, and cleaned up messes that would make a master plumber sick. A baby's heart is known to start beating within 3 to 5 weeks of conception, so it is alive then. It may not start kicking until around 4 months in but it's still alive. Actually, abortions are performed within the first 14 weeks but some states do it within the first 24 weeks.

I've been in the health care field for 32 years. I've seen people mangled in car accidents, death and destruction, and cleaned up messes that would make a master plumber sick. I encourage girls to go through with adoption instead of abortion, but pregnancy is terrifying for girls who had not planned it and who are in a bad situation. Sometimes carrying through with the pregnancy is a risk for the girl. I know abortion is, technically, murder. It's all about CHOICE.

If the guy doesn't wear a condom or the condom breaks, is that the fetus's fault? People try to use the rape example to justify abortions, but only a very small percentage of abortions are done on girls who were raped. More than 90% of them are done because the baby is unwanted or inconvenient. Pathetic.

@DarkDaniAngel There's a difference between denying someone something and making a suggestion. I was making a suggestion. I'm hardly in a position to deny anyone anything. A baby's heart is known to start beating within 3 to 5 weeks of conception, so it is alive then. It may not start kicking until around 4 months in but it's still alive. Actually, abortions are performed within the first 14 weeks but some states do it within the first 24 weeks.
