Hey anyone who reads this I'll tell u how to get super parts all u have to do is get 90 puzzle pieces battle the witch on the terrarium of terror and you'll get a horn from betting her then all u have to do is if u play banjo kazooie nuts and bolts and explore showdown town looking for crates you'll notice some crates have ghosts pigs on them that when the horn comes in handy u have to go up to a crate with a ghost pig on it and blow the horn then he will disappear then the crate is all yours

How did you make that submarine that fires the torpedile? I can't make it stay in the middle of the water, it just either floats or sinks

@TheCreepyCamel I don't remember exactly but I know I had a small number of floats which I deflated to go below the surface. As long as your vehicle isn't too heavy, it shouldn't sink right to the bottom and you should be able to drive it around properly - if you stop moving though, you will probably sink down anyway. It's small, fast, has folding wings, folding propellers, and floaters, and is even equipped with Super parts. And a Spec-o-Spy. No weapons though. That's what I use one of my oldest vehicles ever for.
