well in anime and manga, ppl w/ pink hair in the anime have blonde in the manga, and vice vresa, but that also depends on what you make of it,but in reality chibi-usa's hair is colord pink but in SV pro .8 i can make her hair blonde XD.

Yeah there's no use of saying "Moon Crisis" again but in the Japanese version when she got the grail all she said was "Crisis" so they were still able to say Moon Crisis in Japan.

Let me say this:

In the US they say-Moon Cosmic Dream Action.

In the SuperS movie, they say-Super Moon Crisis Power. (Moon Crisis, Make Up!)

In a way they are IMO. Their clothes become fancier. They get their nails polished (even though they wear gloves). And they wear tiaras. Looks like a makeover to me. :)

I don't really remember it ever being explained (was Naoko ever asked about it?). Everybody seems to have different opinions as to what "Make Up!" really means.

Yes, of course you're right. But as they are transforming, doesn't it look as if they're getting a magical makeover? We see compacts opening. I mentioned nailpolish. Lipstick for the outers and Usagi in PGSM. Also in PGSM, their hair gets all fixed up. They end it all with a model's pose.

Always made sense to me. (shrugs)

Umm...no.

It's supposed to be "Moon Crisis, Make Up!" Do not EVER go on the English language version to confirm Sailor Moon attacks and transformations because they always get it wrong and there is no consistency whatsoever. Also, the Japanese attacks/transformations are in English to begin with.

In the dubbed SuperS movie, it was. In the TV series, it was "Moon Cosmic Dream Action".

The funny thing is that, believe it or not, the same company that scripted the dubbed movie was the same one that scripted the dubbed TV series.

That company was Optimum Productions (though I'm sure some fans would like to call them "Minimal").
