type sv_cheats 1 then sb_allow_bot_game 1

@thewinna123789 i solved this but before there was a uptate that turns the steam desktop shortcuts into Internet Programs.

So theres no properties in them or at least a bar to put it in.

I didnt want to screw up my game up so i didnt do anything.

@MultiShadowdragon No, inside of steam itself. Go to your game library, right click L4D2 --> Properties --> Set launch options. Type it in there.
