Guys, I LOVE the F-22 but its really not that hard to take down an airplane. All you'd really have to do is damage the wing of the aircraft and that'll take it down, it doesn't even have to be that much damage and the faster you go the faster that damage is going to spread...remember that wings are how planes fly! Without em they fall

Seeing as how they are robots LIGHTYEARS ahead of us in weaponry and technology, in the fiction realm it would be possible. Humanely it isn't because there exists no such weaponry to take a plane down as easy like that.
