even though im in the army i will not glorify this war only its warriors the reasons we are there are wrong and unconstitutional, the only thing that made this army of its people and its people great was following the wisdom of our fore fathers and we have fallen far from there teachings and must return before it is to late, the American people are the strongest people the world has ever seen but im afraid we are also the most gullible for believe the crap reasons to justify these wars.

I agree with the rage, but not the execution of it. I am an American and this is a great country. I don't hate the country, but I will say due to the government as of the past couple decades, the thought of leaving has crossed my mind. The arrogance of America will be its downfall. Many of us do care about other countries and the future of the global whole. It is unfortunate that the asshats are the ones who get the recognition. Honestly, we shouldn't even be in Iraq. i am german and i dont want to know what could have happened if the americans didnt "invade" france during the WW2. many and honest thanks for this! but thers a difference between this and the war in iraq. prevention wars arent the best solution because you might loose credit in many ways to those who live in the war area, even the whole world. explain to an afgahn or iraqi that his culture is responsible for 9/11(!). fixing this has to be the major point for the following leaders of the usa.

Yes, to an extent. I support troops for doing their job. But there is a question of ehtics. Is it more ethical to serve a regime that is conducting itself possibly illegally, or would it be more ethical to destroy this regime. To tell you the truth, I was shocked to not see more of political dissent with American soldiers. Even a coup.... I support the job, and the classical meaning of it. True Patriots would sooner turn the gun on a internal ploblem. I would support them for that more.
