never use smokeless powder in such a cannon! always blackpowder! (to avoid accidents as yours) and use a wood stick! and lead balls, to avoid sparks!

@MrDutchandproud The stick went through my finger and hit me in my forehead right above my eye (yes, I could have been blind). I felt that before the finger pain, so I didn't know it had gone trough before i saw that there was blood coming out on both side of my finger. Yes I was shocked; not from the pain but the fact that it shot trough my finger (and that it shot in the first place)

Holy crap bud you lucky you didn't loose your finger. I noticed your using really fine powder that's why it went off so easily when you were loading. Try regular firearm grade black powder its a heck of a lot safer than the flash powder you are using. Let me guess its firework powder?

@TheTalkShowShow1 Hadde delene hjemme. Selve kanonen er fra en propellaksling (båt), kobberen er fra en plate jeg fant i kjelleren, mahognyen (treet) er fra en stige vi fant på sjøen en gang. Så det kan bli vanskelig å finne delene i en butikk. Gå til en skraphandler angående akslingen og kobberen, og en treforhandler for mahogny (dette er litt dyrt) Til sluttt vil du trenge en dreiebenk for å lage kanonløpet og diverse annet verktøy.

@OMGitsjulian1 It's from a candy called Kinder Egg...it's legal in Europe, Canada and pretty much anywhere else than the US...Importing one can give ya a 300$ fine as "a prohibition against having an inedible item inside an edible object"[ie. the little toy inside the egg]. I have fond memories of eating these as a kid, and the little toy inside was always an added bonus:)

I saw a chrash test dummy, and it was the coolest lego figure ever. then i bought 20 figs just to get that one and i did, so the other are not worth anything for me. BTW i got two of almost every fig
