it is the GM autonomy concept car. It had an innovative design, with fuel-cells in a "skateboard" under the body and electrical wheel engines. The design allows the owner to switch body work of the car: any configuration is possible for the same chassis: sedan, sportscar, pick up truck, mpv etc. You could programate it to be front/rear or four wheel drive. Another great design and concept by GM wasted... This would have been a strong competitor to the Honda FCX Clarity!
