Great cover man. You should consider getting a seven string. I recommend the Ibanez RG-7 series because of it's affordability and it's a great guitar for metal.

For all those who are wondering, this song on a six string is tuned to B standard: B-E-A-D-G-B.

Or on a seven string, just add the high e.

This song is playable on a six string, you just have to sacrifice the high e string and that's why he couldn't do the solo. This is why I bought a seven string.

But that is like number 27 on the list of things I want to get =D (One thing I'll get before is a good amp and semi-pro recording equipment!) People keep asking about the tuning or tabs for 6-string. @c0rt3z Yeah, it's definitely good to get some good gear. If you want cheap but actually really decent souning recordings a simple way is to buy a 1/4 (guitar jack sized) to 3.5mm (headphone jack size) adapter and plug the cable going from the amp output into your line-in port on your computer (or microphone on laptops). Then, all you need to do is download a free program to record! I suggest Audicity because it's free and easy to use and you'll get great recording quality with it. Cheers! =)

he could also try earnyball skinny top heavy bottom or not even slinky to maintain tightness

it may be difficult to do vibratos, but it will help gain strength in the fingers

idk what the gauges are, all i know is for the not even slinky i think the low e string is a 58.

you can use any seven string tab. all you gotta do is instead of the low B on the 7 string make that your low E on your six string and it sounds the same. thats how i play it and it sounds right to me. if that makes any sense haha
