@franciscogonzalez9 this is for the older gen zunes, there is a new addition for the zune HD. look for that and it should work. but if it is still not working make sure the zune software is closed and that the drivers are installed correctly.

plug in your zune and open up the software. then after it syncs close the software but keep the zune pluged in. then try it again make sure the zune software isnt opend!
