there is no better and worst nation, just different one. Few days ago I've started to play with Vaygrs and i can tell they are slower on start, but hyperspace gate makes them them really dangerous because of their fast attacks
chaos everywhere. there is no way way those big ships can react against those swarm of strikecrafts. capital ships needs support from their own strikecraft to defend them against that swarm. if those ships need to survive against those swarm they need the fire control module. that upgrade will give the an increase accuracy against strikecraft fighters. however against a swarm like that I doubt that even with that module there is no way a cap ship will survive. it's a feature of the game called "reactive fleets", ar-tard. that's how the game was designed, and i'ts perfectly fine. if you don't like it, don't play it; or gdownload a trainer.
Great game. THe Single and multiplayer are great. Loved the single player missions. Player vs. CPU deathmatches are fun to because you can remove unit limits.
in the part where you are setting up the game (as in the map,#of players) it shows the color of what your ships are going to look like. to simply change the color of your ships click on that.
Yep, and you can also change the logo of your faction by pressing Select Badge (I think?) and double click the logo or click the logo and press ok using mouse click.

I pwned 3 hard dudes with only 5 destroyers and 3 Battlebruisers. Their fighters and corvettes owned my ion cannons though >:(
