im costarican, this Doctor is very good, he performed two surgeries to my grandmother, shes 65 y/o and she had knee problems she barely walked, and suffered pain all the time, now she is very well and walking very well.. he is very professional, and very kind, and we are very greatfull to him.

why would anyone go to costa rica from europe; the healthcare is free in most of the countries there...

I think you answered it by saying "most" countries. Plus in some other places there are long wait times.
