@istofal-Because you can't give out DVD's for free. I have tried and its impossibe, i'll give you and example to buy a 5-7 disk DVD burner is like $2,000-$3,000. To get thousands of blank DVD-R's is not cheap, not for the quality ones that people want. All this costs money......THIS IS WHY HE CHARGES TO GET THIS INFORMATION OUT. Also if you have a web site up you have to pay to keep it up. NONE OF THIS IS FREE (YOU NEED MONEY).
