Oddly, my copy of Raptor works perfectly fine with XP, but I'm not sure where you could get it anymore. If you're lucky, it might have been released as Freeware after 3DRealms (A.K.A Apogee) went tits-up.

Well if you google for it, you will find it. It still isnt freeware but trust me it is downloadable with a working XP patch. I dont know if vista works, but the XP patch works just fine.
