The NYRA is a crackpot outfit that wants to even lower the voting age to 16. Yes there are some responsible young people, but the majority of them aren't.
Yeah lower the drinking age. Maybe even create a drinking license where people are required to complete alcohol education and a written exam. This would eliminate the need for a stupid age requirement. Also, to prevent drunk driving, each car should be required to have a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) detector and if the driver's BAC is high then the car should not start.
Are you kidding me?? 18-20 year olds can't handle drinking. They love to get drunk and party and that is why the age is where it is. Heck, I think they should raise the full adult age up to 21 as dumb and irresponsible as kids are today.

If you have nothing nice to say about young adults, then don't say anything at all here, and please GTFO. Not all young adults are dumb and irresponsible, and several are likely drinking underage since they are practicing "civil disobedience" just like Henry David Thoreau broke unconstitutional laws that he did not like at all.
I want to donate, but I need a credit card to do so... As soon as I get a reliable source of income, and a credit card, I will donate some money. I support youth rights! But keep in mind that students and young people generally don't have a whole lot of money.
