Hi, im actually thinking on buying this plane and putting a 26cc zenoah on it, what do you recommend? also is this plane good for a second plane, the only plane i have right now is the nexstar trainer, will this be a lot harder to fly or is it pretty comfortable?
I think a 26cc zenoah is an excellent choise of engine. (The OS120 is a bit marginal.) You may have to put the battery in the rear of the plane to balance it, pay close attention to c/g. Use strong (not standard) servos as this plane is heavy. The stearman is quite easy to fly, but due to its weight, it requires a lot more speed than a trainer. It also loose altitude rapidly if you loose control. I would recommend a lot of training in a sport aerobatic trainer before flying the big Stearman.
Actually, it is a OS 120 Surpass3 (20ccm four stroke). It is a bit marginal, but the full size Stearman also suffer from low power, so this is scale realistic?

Я думаю 100 малова-то,у меня 120 .Летать будет конечно же,но на маневры не потянет.Думаю 150 оптимальный вариант.Аськи к сожалениб нет.
