The Royal Melbourne Show's "renovation" in around '06, means I won't go again. NO chair lift (erected 1971), the arena and grandstand destroyed in an act of 'vandalism'. I went in '04, sure, some of the pavillions in the outer were old, but if you want nostalgia- DON'T BOTHER GOING, it has changed!

@weskittun Totally agree with you. I miss the old grandstands and pavilions. I also miss the original Ferris wheel. Don't like the current one.
