As a New Hampshirite, I reserve the right to say, Dumb Mass-hole. There is a reason we have signs posted along the Mass-N.H. border stating how in N.H., we drive courteously. And everyday we hear from a Mass-hole how their laws are different, so they didn't know. Puh-leazzee!!! No education is no defense.
@ThePolkadotbikini Usually you can feel it going up hills. It'll kinda seem like it's going to stall and then not. It's weird and hard to explain, but you know it when you feel it.
@ThePolkadotbikini It kinda feels like when the clutch is slipping. Ha, like you know what that feels like if you don't know what a trans. slipping. It's like if you give it gas but it won't go anywhere or not as much power as usual. Like TheChannyj28 said, you'll know it when it happens.
stupid lady. She says she grow up under arms of a mechanic yet dont know the standard process to buy a used car. She spent 1400 and she is expecting car to function well!!!!!
@TheEuphony69 We spent $700 on a 1990 Bonneville and it ran GREAT. It was worth more than what we paid for it. Sometimes you get lucky. Obviously, this time, the P and her daughter, didn't "get lucky." Lol!
Well, if she had the jeep towed i think i may know where the tranny problems started, a all wheel drive vehicle must be towed on a platbed, why? Because all wheels run off of the same setup, if the back wheels are stationary and the front wheels are rolling it will destroy the transmission, that or it just happens to be a coincedence
don't buy a used car in NY, you wouldn't believe the shady shit thats done to a car to get it sold...rust is a cancer that lives with our cars...AS IS in this state
My father was a mechanic, his father was a mechanic, my mother's father was a mechanic, my three brothers are mechanics, four uncles on my father's side are mechanics...
@mslrab lol it reminds me of a scene from the movie " My cousin vinny" when the lawyer asks the bimbo hairdresser(gf of vinny) why she is qualified too talk about cars lol
If I wrecked my car at 17, there's no way my parents would have bought me another one - because they are intelligent, reasonable people and responsible parents, unlike the plaintiff.
the plaintiff's pathetic excuses for not taking the car for a test drive or having it tested are laughable at best. If you're to fucking stupid to test the car out, then you deserve to get squat. Quit whining over your own stupidity . . .
laws r different in every state taxes r different in every state everything is different in every state even min wage is different in every state if u dont no that then get educated
@skaggsey no i dont need to have any education on spelling i can do that just fine when i pay attention to every letter i type or when i use another browser besides internet explorer
@skaggsey the thing is i can spell and i can use grammer i just dont check those things in the comment section and sometimes i have to do aim type caz of how long my messages are and other part is off of habbit just in case my message is long
its called as is stupid fucking morons need to learn not to buy as is stuff unless u live in mass and want to risk the 1 week limit thing and if it breaks b4 a week return it but even that is risky and stupid to do
And she buys a 1994 piece of junk! This just shows to go ya that absolute sucking stupid people still reproduce freely. And she's infatuated with the smirking bimbo daughter.
What a moron mother, buying another Jeep for her teenage bimbo daughter after she rolls the first one. Jesus H. Christ. Next time she'll be buying a coffin and paying off a personal injury case.
@wompeter1 I didnt see any deception on the seller, but taking a mechanic to look at a car is only useful 2 a certain extent. A mechanic is good 4 the small things u can c such as brakes, power steering & the obvious. But any seller with any brains is NOT going to allow a mechanic he doesnt know to start pulling distributors & carbs 2 check out the things n a car that will really cost ya money. I disagree with the decission partially but also agree as well.

Um what is with that guy in the red sweater when Harvey asks questions. He is just staring blankly...kinda scary
MiCHAELJLYSSAPAC 3 months ago
The P bought it for $1400 and ended up putting and extra $1700 into it. The Jeep is worth $2700 - $3200.
So the P just ended up paying the MAX for what it was worth, kind of a crappy deal but it's not that bad.

and you couldn't put the car in gear and drive in the driveway.
You can use your own insurance even though it wasn't covered.
You could also paid a mechanic 40.00 bucks around the corner to look at it. Look at that innocent blonde lady, she doesn't look like she could lie.
Her daughter wasnt even there of course she wasnt gonna go!
HOWEVER ID DO THE DAUGHTER

If the def was 20 years younger, put a milkmaid costume on her, make sing a yodel and she coulda passed for Heidi of Switzerland.
As for the plaintiff....well...you don't reward a child who rolls a car by buying her another..next one she buys herself.
