After the car starts you should advance your spark to the bottom of the quadrant or very close, depending on your timing. Also, on the first start I noticed you were charging about 10 amps. This is a little high unless you're doing a lot of night driving. But then I noticed it was discharging 10 amps. Unless your lights were on, you have a problem there. Lights are Parking to the left, low to the first right, high to the 2nd right, unless you have an early light switch without parking lights.
Thanks for posting the video. This is exactly the type of video for a Model A I wanted to find. You did a wonderful job! I am wanting to find a model A truck as well. I am curious as to what the experience is like driving it around town. How does a model A handle? Brake? Accelerate? Do you feel relatively safe in it? Is it quick enough to not make drivers angry that are in a hurry? etc...Thanks again.
That's good to know. Do you know anything about the doors? My doors have something inside them. Looks like factory install, of some sort. I'm guessing it's rattle mitigation, but I'm not sure. Looks a bit like a pad of some sort of fiber material. It's whitish in color, square, and mounted diagonally in the interior of the door.

Model A roadster pickups have removable top and not a folding top.
