this is newer technology. the walls of the trailer are screens... the projection comes from leds. the thing could probably put a 360 camera on it and go invis (the trailer) projecting its surroundings onto the screens... or better yet. put a camera in the front and allow the passing driver to see the road in front of the truck from the screen in rear.
