I thought Steve Canderas (Rockie) really did injure himself and that's why he left the show earlier before the other 4 rangers.

Also, Blake as Justin didn't have to audtion for the show because a producer walked up to him and asked do you want to be a power ranger?

18 season will be in 2011 but run by saban how will it turn out I dont know I dont even know why they bought it back dinsey was doing a good job - saban lost it after space I think

Disney never wanted PR and were happy to sell it back to Saban. Disney thought PR was too violent, etc etc. Personally, I only thought Disney made two good seasons, NS and DT. JDF came back for DT was because the producers (i believe, and/or executive producers) asked him to come back. The ratings were low and it was win/lose season for them.

And Disney brought out FOX so PR came with the bundle when Wild Force was in production, so Wild Force - RPM was under Disney reign.

Why Saban brought back PR? Cause Disney couldn't see past the "violence" of destroying monsters that attacked Earth and soccer moms. If it was still under Disney, we WOULDN'T have PR anymore (because Disney is cheap and they don't want to pay royalities to Toei.) Despite Saban being a cheap ass and don't make the time to learn and praise the workers, he knows that PR is a power house and will make it back into a power house. He may be cheap, but he knows what to do.

The reason is that some were treated like shit - like David Yost said in a inteveiw the actors were not treated well ( David for that well) David left because of homosexual comments as he said on Tv interview and I don't know why they brought Jason david frank back for Dino thunder I bet he was pissed to come back I hate saban for killling off Billy though ( He left due to those remarks And he was fed up with the hassmernt)But Dinsey did good with the rest of them but how will18season turn out

I'm glad Jason pretty much told the real deal on his last full question.

Haim Saban is kind of a notoriously cheap dictator when it comes to his actors, and JDF pretty much put him on blast for it. He wasn't fired from PR, he quit.

However cheap Saban is, he still is the one that made Power Rangers.  He does know how to run a business, but he needs to know that people need encouragement as well.

He was rough on the actors but look at the result. Saban did SOMETHING right because as soon as PR was bought by Disney the show became HORRID and the quality dropped considerably along with the success suddenly disappearing.

@RedShogun13 No i agree with you on the quality part, no doubt., but i wasn't referring to that (respectively speaking). I don't think Saban ever did or even now cares about the actors. As David Yost stated, to Saban it's only 30min toy commercial, that's all. I understand your point and others as well, i really do. I guess i just don't like how Saban's moral and ethics are towards it's actors.

I think the consensus is that (at least from the MMPR actors) the studio didn't treat them like superstars. They treated them like workers. I get the feeling from what I hear that the earlier series' sets weren't very professional like and were very hang-loose so to speak which is both a very good and bad thing for various reasons you can probably guess.

I think that Saban was just very lucky that despite that, the people who worked on the project were chosen to work on it.

Actually, this is all I have for this panel. Apparently my friend (who was the one recording) stopped it prematurely. The end of this part is really the end of the panel, so only like 10-20 seconds was cut off. I'm pretty sure they'll be others that will upload their videos.
