best rings tutorial for beginners I've found. I've just started them and I've gotta admit, strength wise they're the most challenging thing I've ever done. Your two videos have given me an entrance to what I'm sure will be years of fun and sweat, so many thanks for your effort.
Pistol Squats, Reverse Lunges, and the Sprinters Start are all great leg exercises using the Rings. I'll post a few more core exercises with the rings soon, so check back!
