.......PS, the cat iz familiar with itz own species, a feline. They would equally respect one another given if they know they are not a THREAT, to each other. Plus, bobcats look at domestics az "no competiton", a walk in the park. So with familiar species explanation, the arrow NOW points @ the individual holding the camera...... i think the bob cat was after some food.

i suspect other people may have fed i in the past so it thought you might give it a hand out to, which is not a good idea to do with a wild animal.

as much as this poor fellow looks thin, once a predator associates humans with food it never ends well for the animal or humans, it's best not to encourage wild animals by feeding them as they then think it's ok to go into settled areas and thats dangerous for the animal, it may get hurt by cars or shot.

The bobcat doesn't look well :-(. You should have called the wildlife rescue where you live at. Knowing me I would have been really daring and went outside, but I do know the consequences of wild animals and what they could do to me. I just love animals with my heart and would do anything to help them!!!! :-)
