  • First, to cj397, I hate judgmental people with a narrow point of view.

    By more importantly...I'm 49, in good shape. (a professional dancer since I was 21)

    I liked the look of this work out, but adapted it thusly, until I can handle the whole thing. I left out the scapular, the lumbar, and the hip raise extensions. Still challenging. Next step...add the lumbar, then I'll add the lumbar, finally the scapular. Good workout. Thanks for sharing. Oh, and I've run on that track!
