No one is going to buy that peripheral to try out fashion, because gamers don't give a rat's ass. Halo ODST actually looked good to me, Reach looks like a good cash in if you don't wanna buy the book. I am frankly shocked you tried to defend your point with names, and finally I am not a PS3 fanboy i like my 360 better than my ps3.
You're not looking at this objectively. Both projects had the same purpose to remove the controller track motion and with sony's latest playstation eye use audio clearly they both had the same purpose. Neither one really lived up to the hype.

Sixaxis is cool, but it's only cool because the use it sparingly. Motion control is a GIMMICK! It SOUNDS neat but it gets old REALLY quick! JMHO

and the controller has a camera that detected the signal it sends. This takes your body and puts keyframes at some parts of your body to detect where you're moving.
