That arm does not look properly locked. I like the technique, but I would like to see how the wrist and hand is locked up, as it looks to me like a strong attacker could pull the knife up into her face if the arm is not twisted down enough. How to grab the hand and lock it without cutting your fingers on the knife please?

Just twist the hand a bit and we can cut the girl chest no no technique the danger is to high to use kicks also.
