Its the modern caili fo, i see this same form in germany. master ou wei chang, he stay, i think 2 years in germany. he do, trad. caili fo, and modern wushu cai li fo competition forms. very good forms. its 8 years ago. i see him in cologne bonn.

It looks like he mixed Sup Ji Kuen with Siu Sup Ying Kuen Skills into one form. The Swining upward elbow is typically from the elephant Hand Form, the elbow represents the elephants tusks. But I could be wrong, its different from branch to branch and Sifu to Sifu.
