"Homeless" are people who have lost their home temporarily. Most of these people are without a home by choice; often that choice is the choice to use drugs or be chronically intoxicated. The term "homeless" should not apply to them. They should be called what they really are: Vagrants, bums, hobos, winos, druggies, meth heads, etc. Oh - and the trash? Maybe "pigs" should be added to the list.

the condoms and lubricant are actually from the gay men who "cruise" the park on a nightly basis. Not so much the homeless who don't sleep there much out of fear of waking up to a stranger trying to have sex with them.
