  • Triceps are supposed to be so easy to work on, yet the exercises are so annoying and the burn doesn't feel good but actually cause a little of bit of pain in the triceps and makes me go tired as hell, i hate doing triceps but i gotta do em for big ass arms rofl

    Lose fat.

    To be safe, lose 1 pound per week - eat 500 calories less a day = 3500 calories a week = 1 pound of fat.

    Work out how many calories you need per day - this depends on many factors - your lifestyle, activity level etc. There are plenty of online calorie calculators you can use.

    Once the fat is gone, concetrate on toning with crunches and hanging leg raises.

    You can do all the ab excercises in the world, but until you lose fat, you'll never have a flat stomach.

    The only thing that I can add, do squats. They burn alot of calories, and work on your core muscles too.

  • i did scoobys smackdown arms workout, and my triceps have been sore for a week, id suggest laying on your back on the floor doing these, much more of a killer for your triceps

  • @sakismagkas13 Eat every three hours and not snacks eat alot of grains and get protein in your diet the only excerise that will stunt your growth is doing squats with a bar other then that most other things are fine

  • Hm, 1th and 3th exercise can hurt your elbow, because you bow it to low.

    90* angle - it's perfect and completely safe.

    I agree that your triceps feel more workload, but it's dangerous.

    By the way, good workout and body, you are in perfect form.

Do every exercise with kilos you can lift and don't push yourself always to the limits, sometimes you have to rest for 1-2 weeks and then your muscles grow and you begin to gain weigth. And of course you must follow a protein diet, you know fish,eggs,chicken etc...

  • ummm wait till you cant move your arms anymore because your elbow joints are fucked up from bad form. expecually doin that first workout. your not supposed to go down so your arms past 90 degrees. otherwise its really bad for your elbows... stop when your arms hit 90 degrees.

  • @humzkiii on both equally. You want your arm to be big as a whole. So it should be big whether you have flexion or extension in your elbow.

  • @humzkiii triceps are the biggest muscle in your arm but biceps are easier to train if i were you i would work on both equally hard. i regret over training my biceps too much checkout my channel if you have time

  • What's with the elbows flared out so far in the barbell tricep extension? The only thing this will do is screw up your elbow joints. Doing this with dumbells would make more sense.

  • Hey Brandon, how often do u change the exercises? I do up to 4 exercises per training and switch them every week but I got only 1 exercise for replacement. My train takes about 45minutes and I got a break after each set by 30seconds and between each exercise by 3minutes

  • @joberlass deadlifts, by far. Fantastic compound exercise that'll work your glutes, thighs, and lower back.

  • its also good to add that from each set u have to do a minimum of 6 reps and a maimum of 8 if u can do more than 8 u have to increase the weight

  • if the dips get too easy you can get another chair put your feet on it and put weights on your thigh area. great workout i agree if you dont switch your workout you will plateau whether you have machines or not. you gotta keep your muscles guessing hit them from every angle

  • what kind of leg exercises you do at home? Main reason to go to the gym is legs, cause those are hard to do at home without big weights.

  • pretty good indeed, just try to keep ur elbows closer to ur head that way ul have more stress on the triceps but it will hurt a bit more in the joints area. while doing dips, try to put ur feet on another chair and the plates on ur legs to add some weight ( works rly well ) but seriously good work. u should talk about diet too cause thats important but anyways. keep it up !

  • @BigSamFoSho you hit a plateau cuz you did not change the exercises. I have not been inside a gym in well over a year. Home workout is the best... I think

  • @BrandonCarterTV No I did change the exercises, but with dumbbells you are limited. I did tons of back raises and lawnmowers with dumbbells, but never got the chance to do Lateral Pull Down where you would "pull down" weights, which is impossible with dumbbells since you "push up" weights
