I hear all a' y'all. I remember coming home to the episode where Heero is being pinned down in a Leo, and my mom asked me something and I literally had my fist stuffed against my teeth staring at the screen. She said it was only a TV show. Response: "DANGIT MOM THERE'S A WAR GOING ON! IT'S SERIOUS! GIMME A SECOND!!!" xp

...her name WAS Dorothy, right? I haven't seen this in YEARS - I used to watch it when I was about 12, and now I'm 21, I haven't seen it since. I can't remember much - I can remember all of the Gundam pilot's names, and some of the names of the secodary characters, but what I remember most is Relena standing on cliffs and shouting "HEEEEEEEEEROOOOOOOOOO!!!!"

My dvds have now been ripped to my pc, safe in digital storage for ever more. Epic show. Still watch an episode from time to time - just for the satisfaction you feel when you see a couple of Leo/Aries/Taurus/Virgo suits shorn in half by Duo's beam-scythe or shredded by Trowa's seemingly limitless firepower. =)

I remember when this was the modern style of anime, now it looks so old. Another 15 years and the stuff on today will look just as dated, and this will look practically like Gatchaman.

We kids, well I am not neccasarily a kid, I am 22. But we younger people know what VHS is...can't stand when older people are judgemental toward the younger crowds. Not saying you specifically, but people tend assume we don't know anything about the older shows. I myself use to watch this as well but when I watched it was already old...

I am only 23 but I am also the oldest of 5 kids and the 2 of them that are 13 barely rememeber what a VHS looks like or how to play one. a lot of the tech from one generation will not survive into another, for example my youngest siblings have no idea what a floppy disk is but we do.
