  • My HST east midlands runs at really slow speeds at high power! Is this suppossed to happen?

  • @intercity112255: If its the first time you have used it, you will need to give the HST a "run-in" session on medium power for 30-45mins so that the driveline and gearing beds in. After that, the model will run faster and performance will improve.

  • lovely vid mate

  • @gwsr55: Thanks buddy.

  • Does your friend about your youtube channel?

  • @dbdrdbag: No mate he doesn't have a YouTube channel yet, so thats why he lets me film his layout and asks me to upload my footage.

  • very enjoyable ash, even my partner likes your videos ,she says you go into great detail with your videos, and she always asks me has he uploaded any more up yet,i think shes got a crush ,LOL,

  • @488scooby: Thanks mate. I try to cover the model train I am reviewing as much as I can so that potential buyers know what they get when they buy the model. I am pleased to hear that your partner likes these videos as well. Just out of interest, does she have a particular locomotive that she likes?

  • @EWS60008 yes ash, her fav loco is 50015 VALIANT she has driven it at the east lancs railway at bury, cheers mate.

  • @488scooby: Ah cool. I still have the model of 50031 from Hornby, I might dig that one out and give it a whirl. I would love to preserve and restore 60008 which is still at Toton out of action.

  • Great running video!

  • @aocruiser: Thanks mate.

  • why don't you show your oo layout

  • @Liverpoolfcfever: I only have an N gauge one mate.

  • nice vid u know your layout have you got smace to extend it coz u should if you do make the running lines longer for fun

  • @pyronathanpyro: I am limited on space at the moment for my N gauge layout but when I move, I hope to build a larger layout with a longer high speed line for my Shinkansen and TGV trains.

  • @EWS60008 i thiught your loft one was 00 gauge or is that not your oo gauge one ??

  • @pyronathanpyro: That loft layout belonged to a former friend of mine mate. Without going into the details. Let's just say that we are no longer friends as he betrayed my trust and twisted the arm of friendship.

  • @EWS60008 ahh sorry to hear it :( well n gauge is still good stuff look forwad to it :)
