@intercity112255: If its the first time you have used it, you will need to give the HST a "run-in" session on medium power for 30-45mins so that the driveline and gearing beds in. After that, the model will run faster and performance will improve.

My HST east midlands runs at really slow speeds at high power! Is this suppossed to happen?
