Then, to make matters worse, the left pedal is traditional, making it practically impossible to produce just a straight double bass beat, or any simple beat really. I've been playing drums for over 30 years, i play jazz metal, double kick, and instead of that crazy, uncontrollable pedal, we use the heel/toe, which is what Bonham REALLY did SUPERBUNKY, with only ONE pedal, you fuckin idiot. You dumb asses are all still trying to figure out how to get "Double" bass out of a "Triple" pedal. HAHA!

i love when people judge things they know very little or nothing about. i know all you guys see is 3 mallets and you think it makes it easier, but you're missing the fact that it completely throws off any experienced drummer because 2 mallets on one pedal goes against any traditional methods that EVERY drummer begins with. When you have a pedal that hits on the down stroke AND the up stroke, you now are hitting even when you dont want to, unless you rest that foot completely.
