I was planning on buying God of War 3 due to its amazing reviews, but I later decided to buy the collection first, so I would understand what was going on in the 3rd, and because it was aparently an AMAZING game I missed out on last generation. And it has to be said, this is the most over hyped game ever. Repetitive, mindless, frustrating, and all out ridiculous! I honestly con't believe how well this series has done.

I just beat the GOW collection in the span of 4 days. I gotta say, the games were addictive all over again because of the trophy support. I caught myself enjoying them to the point where I was in awe with the scenery in the first God of War. Plus, they're both easy to Platinum!

I got the collection upon release. It was worth the $40. I got to play it more since I own other games and as always, just when your playing another game, another one catches your eyes for whatever reason, you fail to go back to it. I missed out on the PS2 generation version, so I now have all 3 on the PS3 and its cool. I'm sure I'm not the only person that all this has happened to.
