  • Hickock45 connects at 230 yards with a 1911!

  • @LastCaress7

true that the old man is no joke. not saying nutnfancy isn't a great shot either shit his son shoots as good or better than myself lol.

btw, seems like you would be a cool dad excellent job on that front as well quality time with guns will never be forgotten :)

  • good shootin

  • What´s the name of that tune in the background? I like it, kinda groovy...

  • Might be the camera audio, but I didn't hear any hits.

  • whats up with that music 0o

  • at 0:38 you can see a what looks like a coyote in the background

  • @quitcuzi that's a car

  • @quitcuzi thats the biggest coyote i have ever seen in my life.

  • u should'a brought the five seven out from impact

  • i like the P226 as a sidearm best, it holds enough rounds for me.

nice precision, and it always works.

  • Is that Daewoo shooting +P or something? Seemed like its shots were a LOT snappier than the others. Maybe I'm off....

  • What does Daewoo make?

  • have you done any vids on 100 yard shooting w/ shotguns and slugs? alot of ppl still view the shotgun as a close range defensive weapon, but even with sights set up on a heat shield, a red dot, you can easily get solid hits @ 100yards. skilled shooters can run slugs only using the front bead and hit out at that range.

  • did any one see the car at the beginning,if u did like

  • gota love a sig. i got a p226

  • Daewoo makes guns?? I thought they made shitty cars and dryers??

  • Great hand control when pistol shooting a long way.

  • cool...is that a coyote running in the bg at 1:13?

  • @seekstah its a car,one heads one way at 40 ish too(white)

  • @seekstah i think its an alien lol looks like a big animal or possibly a car

  • but do remember you are being shot at too, therefore you would not just stand there and lign up the sights. but yu could still kill them at that distance.

  • how well does the holster lock in the pistol? well enough to stay in if someone is tugging on it? im asking because i am a criminal justice major and am hoping to be a police officer and one day in the FBI. I ask because i trust your judgement and Ive heard some stories and i feel that its important to know that when im on duty I'll know its not going to be taken out of the holster by someone other than myself.

  • well duh you can reach out and touch sombody from that range you just have to know how to get it down there

  • I like this review and concept. You watch the outdoor channel and versus defense shooting programming they all just tell you to grab a rifle but don't cover a would if you can't situation. It's as if everyone forgot about marksmanship. This is really what I look for in a pistol review because even the worst quality guns such as the infamous Raven arms and Lorcin Saturday Night special/junk guns can connect at 25 but not everything is capable of 100.

  • Hornady's 124 gr 9mm xtp load hits with 259 ft lbs and travels at 971 fps at 100 yards. Hornady non +p 125 grain 38 special does 900 fps and hits with 225 ft lbs at muzzle through a 4 inch. A 9mm at 100 yards still has the muzzle of a standard pressure 38 special at point blank. No one will argue against a 38 special at muzzle as deadly so 9mm at long range is definitely effective. and with practice can become a very effective weapon out to 100 yards.

  • nice work man. all about the shootin and guns. good to see how these guns should be handled.

  • I actually know of an engagement in Cyprus between Canadian Peacekeepers and a turkish soldier in a tower. A Canadian Peace keeper returned fire with a browning High Power 9mm (the issued sidearm), fired one shot, and scored a kill. Distance was about 100-110m.

  • @fadidarali I have the FN High Power and the accuracy is truly amazing..couldn't agree more and have heard claims such as yours

  • fuck the haters.....great job dude!!

  • @mikess8541

holy shit there devil douche, go recite your general orders and calm down. Maybe you could have your bulldog Chesty lick your nuts.

  • I am so surprised to see all the haters on all these tactical/ recreational shooting vids. Damn. I know I cant outshoot some of these people yet because I dont have the experience or armament but seriously? Grow up. All the elitism is making this type of community seem unwelcoming.

  • what was on the right side of the target if you watch close there is something like a deer maybe pretty weird

  • Why do u have to wear hunter camo when ur going out to shoot

  • @gunvor69 practicing with his system i would guess.

  • u should make a video on the colt 1911, its the best pistol ever made

  • @xOddballProductionsx is that fact or opinion? exactly

  • @mandypants02 my opinion

  • at 4:30 you see 2 animals crossing the field. can you hit them?

  • what model pistol is the daewoo

  • not trying to flame or anything, i love the nutnfancy vids, but isn't the grip that tactical doodle is using a revolver grip? Maybe im wrong but that is what i have always been told it was specifically for.

  • Man a person sized stove thats one fat guy lol, But i totally agree a 9mm is totally usable at 100yds, A range buddy and I shoot Clay pidgeons at 50yds with 9mm and the hit rate is maybe 3 miss to one hit on a bad day and 50-50 on a good day, if you can hit a 4" clay at 50 you can hit a man sized target at 100yds, I know a 45 is out of range at that distance they go transonic at 60yds or so, but either way rounds down range put heads down, and a bullet in the leg or one in the chest still works

  • I disagree that at 90 + yards a pistol of tactical caliber "hitting" a stove compares to leathality target placement on a human being. Although you may hit someone/assailant/enemy/target...Where are the rounds striking in reference to the vital organs/ and big arteries? I got your service experience, I understand- I serve as well just in another gun club- Can you do an anatomy contrast with this same theory, I would like to see where the target punch is at this range. Also where you are hitting.

  • Daewoo is at 3:40 or am i wrong? And by the way i do believe a handgun is lethal at more than 60 yards but it's impractical (unless the handgun is your only weapon and your life depends on it) Keep up the good work. A Nutnfancy fan from Greece

  • 1:22 do you see the animal in the background?

  • @burningsponge its a car...

  • im liking the multicam nutn!

  • which you find accurate and better

  • He's somwere outside Flagstaff,AZ ??? Winslow

  • you need a second camera down by the target all we see is you shooting.

a friend and i were shooting .22rifles about 80 yards i pulled out my 1911 and fireed one shot and hit the 8 inch steel plate so yeah i believe it.

  • WOAH! 0:36-0:47 white animal running in the background!

  • @HumanslaughterhouseX thats a car

  • @HumanslaughterhouseX are you sure its not a car?

  • Thats pretty awesome you get to do that with your Dad...

  • Some great pistol shooting especially for Air force.

  • You can hear the difference in the slap of hitting that oven...

Hey Nut'n...What grain of 9mm ammo were you using??

Im guessing 115 at most--->as you could could still hear the sonic boom in this vid?

  • Good shooting

  • I'd absolutely love to get in some hard practice like this with my new Glock 23... but the money just isn't there, nor the space. I see the blue sky and distant horizon, and weep, for mine is one of trees and suburbs and population.

Any chance I could come learn from a master? I've wanted to be a better shooter since my first 12ga at age 4&3months (for the record, I hit my target, a clay pidgeon, at tournament skeet range, the nose of the barrel supported by my dad) but no tutor, no school...

  • "Military Experts" = COD kiddies.

For the heck of it I tried seeing how far out I could shoot a .45ACP it would make it there if you adjust for the elevation a lot as it's heavy and slow and loses speed fast. There's a noticeable delay between fire and hitting the target. A 9mm however is traveling faster and lighter so is more appropriate a round to use for longer range with a handgun. Tested it as well and it did better at longer ranges. Thanks for the video.

  • ha at 4:30 there is like coyotes runnin around ha

  • get an m1 carbine

  • so where is this filmed? nevada?

  • are these cars driving in the background???

  • nice!

  • Good shotting guy!

  • How the hell do we know it hits?

  • A pistol really isnt to effecient at a certain point, Thats what the, "Military Experts" Are talking about your shooting from a stationary stance your target isn't moving, You know where your shooting, If your in a situation to where you need to shot something that far away, MOVING its not going to hit. Unless you have a scopped gun and a hell of an aim, What if your target is behing cover? All im saying is yes, You could be a hell of an aim, But at a certain point your going to need a primary.

  • (part 2) -weopon back in the fight unless you got a serios stopage like brass over bolt or something of the sort.. but it is important to be proficiant with your weopon and differant ranges so you know your own as well as your weopons capabilities..and being in the infantry i often see people with chest rigs and plate carriers with pouches all over the place with no specific purpose they just thought it looked cool and high speed.. but other then that i do appreciate what you do keep it up..

  • hi there nutnfancy i apreciate the videos you post and alot are helpful but being just MY PERSONAL opinion i kinda dissagree and i do agree.. it is key to being proficient with your weopons you take into combat with that constant training and transition shooting it helps build that muscle memory to keep you sharp.. but at 50 plus yards the time it takes you to properly engage a MOVING target with your sevice pistol while behind some sort of cover and concealment you could have got your primary-

  • Wow!! Are you delta force?

  • Big Fan. My friends and I practice a lot of long range pistol shooting. I think in a realistic BUG OUT situation that it would be in a persons best interest to be proficient with a weapon that can be easily concealed. Don't make yourself a target by carrying around a rifle. If you are good with at pistol out to 100 yards you should have no problem. You can carry more ammo, move faster and be more descrete. I doubt you will be taken to many long distance shots in an urban survival scenario.

  • Damn. Good shootin' nutn!

  • would u say the sig 226 is better for new shooters or the m1911 im a fan of bigger bullets butt i only know the basics of grip, stance and aim i just got a fat tax check and i dont know witch gun to buy and a glock just isn't for me

  • What the hell is that white object going by in the back ground?

  • Is that a car traveling behind you @ :40?

  • Awesome review! Are you in the Nevada desert?

  • @ExploratorCanis Do me a favor and put out some of your own videos so that you can teach us all how to be a "real operator" and quit trolling these vids. FFS at least it will give you something productive to do. -- Veri (Nutn's sister)

  • what do you think the best handgun is

  • Another great video. Thanks TNP

  • No, a pistol is not useless outside of 50-100 feet. However usefullness is limited to what I call a fixed/pinned target.

  • this country is so far in debt I herd the dollar will collaps this year. Hope he doesnt kill people when ordered in the riots. You know like Egypt.

  • Your son has shown much improvement since his time with the buckmark! People should stop questioning you. Everyone I have gone by this man's words and bought stuff that my life depends on. He tells the truth and is very knowledge and knows what to look for. He doesn't need video game boys to question him.

  • 0:36 What the heck is in the back gound IS THAT A SNOW LEAPERD

  • Hello Nutnfancy, do you have any reviews on the Sig P250 subcompact. Is it a good gun to hold?? Thank you

  • You guys are retarded. What did his accuracy with a handgun at 90 yards hurt the ego stored in your vaginas? Nice shootin nutnfancy! I'll keep watching.

  • what would be interesting is hitting a moving target at that range

  • Ive been to a gun range once due to living in Australia and being 17. I seriously have so much respect that he is able to hit that target at that distance.

  • How do you like that Daewoo? I'm thinking about getting that or a kel tec pf9

  • not saying it can't be done; just that it is not practical, go ahead and get a rifle. I have never know a man that has been in a shootout that wanted a smaller gun are less ammo.... :)

  • Of course you're shooting downhill. I'd be a little more convinced seeing that type of shooting on level ground.

  • is daewoo by any chance the same company that makes south korean cars..?

  • @MindBullets2142 i believe it is

  • Comment removed

  • Would have been nice to see the target after pistol fire was completed to see shot connections

  • What is running in the background??!

  • 10x10" plates at 100M with a pistol that has conventional land/groove rifling is not a difficult thing to do.

  • Remove the music & you hear the Metal.

  • Haha im sure you gentlemen know what you are doing, but I noticed that there is an active road behind your target. is it public or private?

  • i love the sound of the guns be fired its very relaxing if that counts

  • man, i'm a huge fan of nutn, but i agree- there's always a chance of ricochets and such and therefore it's much safer to shoot away from traffic or residential areas. plus it just shows more respect for others in my opinion.

  • isnt daewoo make cars?

  • @DevastatedX They make everything.

  • a glock can shoot more than 350 yards men!

  • NICE...Nut... cars on the back ground. I wud have u arrested. Have u heard of accidents??????????

  • @balcescu43 You're a pussy

  • @RahRahRaharu Nutn doesn't consider bickering on YouTube a "battle" of any kind. He's out flying (working) right now..which doesn't say a lot for what you and I are doing. And you demanding some kind of "qualification" to your satisfaction is just more posturing. He's got over 700 videos here...WATCH THEM and the answers will come out. Its about respect. Show some. If you haven't got the time, neither do I. -- Veri

  • @nutnfancy Posturing is not what I mean to do. Also since it seemed to horribly offend you I apologize for the cursing. I have seen several of the videos, know he is a pilot, and know he did that in the military. I also know that what an officer/pilot does and what it takes to have any real knowledge base in the tactical world worth any true follower-ship are two very different things. I just wanted to hear it from you. Air guys don't take the full course for land warfare honey.

  • @nutnfancy hey, i am a subscriber and love all the nutnfancy videos and i have always been curious about his military affiliation. if you could, i would be interested in knowing because he never really mentions it much. thank you

  • @barnesj89 He's a Lt Col in the USAF with 20 years....due to retire any day now. -- Veri

  • @nutnfancy what is his job

  • @barnesj89 He's a pilot.

  • @nutnfancy No offense, but he looks kinda pudgey and outta shape. He doesn't do much physical activity, does he?

  • @bored7661 This video was over a year and 35 lbs ago. -- Veri

  • @nutnfancy

Hey could you pass on my thanks for him serving in the military? Thanks!

  • @bored7661 when were lt col`s in shape?! like almost never.

  • @bored7661 like any american, "full" of crap...

  • @bazengao

Beats being from saudi arabia, and being " full" of lead...

Thumbs up to anyone who gets what I'm referencing...

  • @nutnfancy What I don't get is, WHY in the hell is NUT shooting at 90 YARDS with a pistol?!?! 90!!! YARDS / 270 FEET / 82 METERS!!!

The accuracy on just about all handguns drop dramatically at that range!

  • @JustinR32T Accuracy drops of at 5 feet if you can't shoot one! take Bob mundens shot with a .22 palm pistol at 250 yards. I think nutn is proving a good point most people don't understand, with the right sight picture and point of aim, a 5 inch barrel will reach a long distance!

  • @nutnfancy

lol, so why is he putting out this nonsense.

  • @nutnfancy you tell em. this RAHRAH is the type that killed the people in arizona. always trying to build a name by picking a fight.

  • @joescmu Rahrah is simply an idiot and lazy, either that or he is a troll simply trying to start fights for his own amusment. The guy in arizona is certifibly insane.

  • @nutnfancy 844 vids to be precise :P Epic effort!

  • @RahRahRaharu may i ask what you do that makes you such a tactical expert to contradict someone else as you do?

  • @RahRahRaharu special breed of wrong your a special breed of ignorance and hes "dangerous" hes 20 years air force so that should kinda point to hes not crazy if thats what ur mean by dangerous

  • @RahRahRaharu You lost me at "fucking retards". If you can come up with a decent way to say what you're trying to express, you're welcome to it, but this post is getting removed. -- Veri (Nutn's sister)

  • excellent videos guys. im new to pistol shooting, your videos are invaluable:)

  • go to hickok45 channel he shoots a glock 30 something with a 2 or 3 inch barrel at 230 yards hitting a metal target

  • How do you like the Daewoo? Have you done a vid review?

  • I have a daewoo telivision

  • So, the life jackets don't float then? They would be good for canoeing or kayaking if they floated. I can see how they would steady your aim too. All that extra ballast to keep you from blowing around in the strong winds. Cool. Thanks for all the constructive feadback - great way to promote your sport! Not life jackets... I don't believe you guys for a second! LOL....

  • @jumpthehoops You win the award for "Losing friends and Alienating People You Haven't Met!"

  • I shot a ruger p85 at 100yrds and did pretty well hitting a 12" gong target. Shear luck, I don't think I could do it again.

  • what song is in the intro?

  • What is that white object in the back grown? 0:36 - 0:47 ?

  • @420TupacShakur A herd of unicorns...

  • great video! what kind of vest do you have on and where can someone get one?

  • I like how theres a highway/road in your background with cars on it, very safe!!

  • @mserr That is addressed in the video info....and numerous times in the comments. -- Veri

  • @nutnfancy still doesnt make it very safe....

  • @mserr at 989 meters away, very low traffic, round striking a surface looses about 55-65% momentum..he's good.

  • @mserr don't worry they won't let him have the key to the tomahawk ! lol

  • lol, the nutnfancy stove.....good shit!

anyway, i like watching the reviews that you do, makes me wish i was in pueblo again so i could let loose, and get some good shooting done.

  • Dude, were you in the military? If so, why do you have mag pouches on the back of your rack? You loook like the POG gate gaurds i used to see on the FOB's in Iraq. lol

  • @oreo4261 Because the vest is reversible, you can turn it around....

  • "Like dude..." what military? The Jeff Spicoli brigade?

  • @Slave2Reason Cause we all know that men in the military never say anything like that, they are always 100% serious....

  • cool video....Did I see cars in the background?? Or are they really big rabbits?

  • @followthemoney100 Herds of unicorns...

  • @Kylef7735 Phew! I'm glad it wasn't cars, wouldn't want a stray round to hit anyone. thanks

  • @jumpthehoops He's been in the military for 20 years, but I've never known him to take himself very seriously. Of course, he's a gear reviewer too, so wearing gear in order to test it is pretty standard.. -- Veri (Nutn's sister)

  • @nutnfancy A girl with the smarts to know about a man's equipment. Lovely.

  • @jumpthehoops its called being professional.

  • @jumpthehoops Why do you care so much if you dont like it dont watch...pretty simple

  • @jumpthehoops If you knew anything about shooting then you would understand the useful applications of the "life jackets". There is no good reason NOT to use a Tac-vest. I know Tac-Vests may be mean and scary looking "like the bad guys in the movies", but I hope your delicate senseabilities did not get too hurt. You are right about one thing; being ready for battle. Its a good thing if your life depends on it.

  • @jumpthehoops

I like how you guys are dicks and they're being very polite.

  • @jumpthehoops If you have a hobby, you like to have the gear to go with it. Why don't you ask a camper/hiker why they were the things they do. Don't judge unless you have a clue of what you're talking about.

  • @jumpthehoops If you have a hobby, you like to have the gear to go with it. Why don't you ask a camper/hiker why they were the things they do. Don't judge unless you have a clue of what you're talking about. FYI I've been building rigs like the ones nutnfancy is using for 25yrs for troops to take into combat.

  • @jumpthehoops Lifejackets? Seriously...those are tactical vests, dope. Obvioulsy you don't spend much time shooting, hiking, hunting or anything else...LOL, lifejackets.

  • @jumpthehoops give it a rest.

  • @jumpthehoops ur an idiot thts a bullet proof jacket and hes taking it more sieriously than u

  • that Glock is sick love your videos

  • nutnfancy, i really think you're right about the energy output from a pistol at long range isn't it regarded as common knowledge in physics that a projectile landing at a target, will do so at the same energy that it departed with??

  • @rustyoneone Yeah except for wind resistance.

  • it seems, from this part of the ocean, that it's the exact contrary for knives : while europeans maker have know-how, huge history and tradition of knives and sword, american blades are just innovative in design and materials, look, handling quality, and even in marketing innovation . you buy europeans guns, we buy americans knives ! :)

  • Looks like you live in the High Desert. Maybe not, just looks like where I live.

  • i think what the "military experts" mean is a pistol is effective in 'combat' up to a hundred yards. its not so easy to hit the target when bullets are flying your way

  • 0:24 what an idiot!!

  • its hard to hear with your music going.

  • i dont really understand any thing about guns but is still interesting to watch :)

  • whats the difference between the p226 and p228?

  • @poodlemeister22314 The 228 is slightly smaller than the 226. Its like the USP and USP compact. I believe that the 229 has replaced the 228 but I may be wrong.

  • Great job again everyone! Veri, would you do me a favor please? I am in the market for a 22 cal. pistol, (auto or revolver...doesn't matter) and I know none can match my G17 for reliability. Would you ask Nutn what he would choose for reliability in this case? He is great at what he does, and I value his opinions because they are very well thought out and tested. It would mean a lot...Thanks :)

  • .. about magical american stuff you can be proud of, never have reviewed any Randall knife ?? Thanks to you

  • you seems to have a lot of fun with your numerous equipment, you share it perfectly ! but i still hardly understand why an american living in america with such magical brands as Colt, S&W, Winchester, and passionate customers around , do with this fascination for european stuff like Glock, Sig, Beretta's and so .. is it snobism ? believe in your products, they are just wonderful. nice landscapes each time
