  • I like the positive affirmations! I sell a guide for people on how to clear out their arteries and reduce their blood pressure. At highbloodpressurecures.info. I should recommend they come and listen to your tracks while doing the breathing exercise.:)

  • True, accomplishing something does feel good, but for people who truly are depressed, that doesn't even scratch the surface. I know, because I dealt with it. I was depressed for 8 months, couldn't stand it anymore and went on an SSRI. Best decision I ever made. Being really depressed is an awful experience, and I wouldn't have wished it on my worst enemies.

  • I started taking Levodyn because i was keen to bring my blood pressure down without resorting to prescription medicine. i have been taking it for less than 4 weeks but have already noticed a change. Before taking Levodyn my blood pressure was 152/86, it is now 128/76. i am really impressed.

  • A word of advice to those with depression: happiness is external. There are two kinds of people in this world, those who adapt to the world, and those who wish the world would adapt to them. If you feel depressed than you can only achieve happiness through outside action. Planting a tree, joining a volunteer group, or exercising may help. Accomplishing something simply feels GOOD. If this doesn't work you may be clinically depressed.

  • it does to an extent, depending on why youre depressed and how depressed you are. you may need to talk to your doctor about anti depressants.

  • I enjoy the affirmations and how you read them aloud. That allows me to listen while doing something else.
