Sorry I don't know. It is already 16 years ago. Normally they have some instruments in Utrecht where all the soloists play their pieces after some practizing. Kees lives in the city of Haarlem some 45 miles to the west of Utrecht. He might have used his own instrument. The name of the builder is unknown to me anyway. I had the music on a video and I know YouTube vcan use some outstanding music for the happy few.
