I LOVE DONNIE YEN! his choreography is awesome. his fighting skills never bore me. I'm bored of jackie chan, moreover who doesn't know his fighting tricks? He lacks techniqes and style, but very intelligent and creative in using the surroundings while fighting.

As for DY, oh well..this video is my total favourite. Wu jing is soo cool as well..

Donnie is really good martial artist and an actor. But still his fighting coreography doesnt beat the Legend Jackie Chan. JAckie Chan's fights are more realistic and "friendly" compared to Donnie Yen and the rest. That's what makes Jackie's fights so special, but of course not everyone agrees that all of his fights are interesting each time, not even me :)

Tony Jaa was a stuntman and a promising muay thai tournament fighter before he made his movies. All that flashy stuff that looks "cool" in movies...I don't know if you are able to do it or not, but I'm part of a martial arts crew that perform those stunts for entertainment during festivals. The 540 degree spin kick packs a LOT of strength and speed...

ong bak is an alright movie but thats all just flashy moves and such. Donnie does real fighting. Tony Jaw would never be able to do half of his cool moves in a serious fight and Donnie or Jet Lee could take him any ways their to fast for him. Donnie is a true artist and unmatch in hand to hand combat except Jet.

accomplishments just as well as any true advocate

of his work. The direction that Donnie was taking this

movie was in the realm of realism and practicality

combined with the much loved flavor of Hong Kong

style action. This gave it a feel of mixed martial

arts (Pride FC, UFC) grittyness with the finesse and

fluidity of HK style pacing and camera work.
