the third person thing can be done with halo third person programs, to find them search around google. However do to the 1.08 update, many of them dont work, but ik atleast one does.

Have the window for your 3rd person mod open while you're playing halo, then while playing halo, press the button you set it to.

You could get the first Beta, but it's not as good, it has less platforms. The guy making it, SonicXtreme/Dave decided to cancel the final version for now, it was going to be a big mod.

For .RAR files your gonna need to get a rar extract program. For the maps at Halo maps, all you need to do is right click the Zip folder and extract.
