  • Dear all , if u have any document relate with how to write apple program pls send to me , i'm beginner .... Thx ... :)

  • can you post the code?

  • QB45 is slow enough, but Applesoft Basic is like watching paint dry!

  • @Karlslasher80 well any form of basic is like watching paint dry

  • i cant quite make out line 40, and whats up with the line without a number

  • use 6502 , Apple Basic, very good !

  • I wonder if Bricklin and Frankston used this to develop Visicalc.

  • Ooh, got lucky with that renegade hplot. It trashed 160 arbitrary bytes of memory—having not yet been told what area to work in. Fortunately it didn't step on your programme. ☺

  • To this day I still remember that PEEK(-16384) is used to read the keyboard. I used that function so many times, it's permanently burned into my brain. :-)

  • I used to make small text games on my Apple 2E. I was always obsessed with the 'speed' command, for some deranged reason.

  • I love the music in this video, where's it from? I sounds like an old video game.

  • This song is "Radio2 - NoiseBlaster" by FTA (Free Tools Association) They made some example programs to show off the Apple ][ GS's Graphics and Audio capabilities. (back in the day of corse =)

  • was this music actually composed on the Apple IIGS? Does BASIC run in ROM on these machines, or do you need to load it from a disk?

  • man, i easily figured out DOS, But i propably could never figure out basic beyond simple things like

    10 print "plough"

    20 goto 10

    30 end.

  • What is a Syntax Error?

  • Computing a character or string incorrectly placed in a command or instruction that causes a failure in execution.

  • What is a common thing that would make an Apple II crash? I'm working on a website and I want to add a crash screen with info.

  • A "POKE" statement I tried once than can oly be undone by another... (The "crash" is only ever on the RAM in theory... You can make the keboard useless by giving the wrong port number). A "crash" screen may look like a bunch of characters filling up the screen... some flashing, some inverted... the rest just normal.

  • Thanks!

  • There are two systems... ProDos and Dos3.3 (can run PICT files and the running of "INTERGER BASIC" which needed a special card.) - Ah, just a flash back.

  • Ah, the sin function in action.

  • GS = Granny Smith right?

  • Graphics and Sound LOL

  • How'd you get a screen recorder for an Apple ][?

  • this is an emulated Apple ][ GS...with Apple ][ GS music

  • So which SoundSmith song is this? Or did I miss it in one of the NoiseTracker, SoundTracker, FTA, or GS IRC demos?

    Great old school GS music!

My favorite IIGS is found on the 1990 FTA X-MAS demo

  • This song is "Radio2 - NoiseBlaster" by FTA
