Beautiful hymn. It's so shocking to see the wonderful works of our Heavenly Father! .. It is also inevitable that our spirits rejoice in happiness and shed a few tears on hearing this great truth. This makes so majestic hymn like everything that he created and his truths to the priesthood, who endlessly .. It is virtue!

I am deeply shocked by each of these things. I love being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

I'm an ex-Mormon atheist, but I still love this tune (been learning it on the pennywhistle.) Since I don't believe in Kolob, I prefer to call it by its tune name, KINGSFOLD. It's an old English tune arranged by Ralph Vaughn Williams.

Here's the Irish variation of the tune; it will make you want to get up and dance:

Now imagine singing the Kolob words to this rendition in sacrament meeting. This bishop would surely sweat bullets and crap bricks.

The video and the music is amazing. This hymn is one of my favourites, but anyone who listens to it must understand that knowledge comes after faith. No one can really understand it unless going to the Temple over and over again and then some more, but going to our Lord´s house on earth with a real intent/sincerity to learn ;)
