this is absolutely 100% the right speed, it is a 33 12" single.

some online record shop samples and other uploads have been at the wrong speed (45)

To me it looks like both sides can play either at 33 or 45. Probably would agree that 33 is the right one, but at 45 it sounds quite nice too.
